Who we are
Roidex is an owner-managed engineering and project development company based in Germany. We work for clients in the energy sector who need a project taken from a first idea through to something that runs, and who would rather deal with one team than with three separate consultants.
We cover project management, electrical planning and civil design in-house. Our engineers plan the work and then stay with it through construction and into operation.

How we work on quality
Quality in engineering comes from the same people staying with a project long enough to see the consequences of their own decisions. We keep our project count low, review each other's work internally, and document assumptions so they can be checked later rather than taken on trust.
